  Having been to this location previously (really close to our house) and having 4 HORRIBLE experiences, I decided to give it another try after seeing some positive reviews lately. They must have new management or something. SOOOOO much improvement. Seated quickly, normal wait time on food, clean and friendly. Much better!

  Lyric is a Doll! She has been our favorite waitress for as long as she has been at IHOP and one of the reasons we frequent the restaurant. We just learned you will be losing her and are saddened to see her go! I know the reviews have been mixed but we have had far more good than bad experiences here(even more so when we see her smiling face) and aside from the place being short staffed in the kitchen in the past(hasn't happened lately) I would recommend this location of IHOP over any other location we have been. I must add that over the years we have noticed positive management changes as well.
